HPS Advise at CGS Impact Conference 2023 in Nashville

Ann Ford and Cora Colvin of HPS Advise attended the CGS Impact Conference in Nashville on February 27 and 28, 2023.  Approximately 400 durable medical equipment suppliers and home care providers attended the two-day conference.

At the CGS Impact Conference programming focused on customer interactions, consistent improvement, integrity, making a difference, passion for excellence, and a willingness to take risks.

HPS Advise exhibited at the conference “live” in the Exhibitor Hall and through a “virtual booth” on the conference’s app.  The live and the virtual booths were well attended.  Ann and Cora were able to discuss with many attendees the types compliance program services HPS Advise can provide to DMEPOS and Home Health Care providers, regardless of their organization’s size.  Topics such as accreditation survey readiness and survey support, operating an effective compliance program on a budget, healthcare information privacy and security risk management and compliant interactions with healthcare providers and patients were reviewed with booth visitors.

These services and more can be explored on HPS Advise’s website or by contacting us directly at aford@hpslaw.com, cora@hpsadvise.com.
